St. Casimir School welcomes students from diverse backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment free from discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or creed. During open enrollment, Catholic applicants are prioritized, with parish membership potentially affecting admissions when space is limited. To begin the admissions process, schedule a campus tour where staff will guide you through requirements and ensure you have all necessary documents.
Non-Catholic Applicants:
Non-Catholics or non-Christians are welcome. No student is required to become a baptized Catholic or to receive Catholic sacraments. However, students are expected to participate in all classroom religious instruction, attend Mass, and other prayer services with their class. Eighth grade students must attend the eighth grade spiritual retreat.
For students considering transferring, the process is designed to be thorough yet welcoming. Families will need to submit an application along with the student's academic records and test scores. The evaluation focuses on three main areas: academic performance, behavior and attendance, and standardized test results. If there's any uncertainty in one area, an interview with both the student and parents may be arranged to discuss the situation further. This conversation allows the Principal to make an informed decision regarding admission. If concerns arise in two or more areas, admission might not be possible at this time.
The Principal holds the responsibility for determining the most suitable placement for each student, with prior records playing an important role in the decision-making process. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and a successful experience for every student.
Our goal is to assist every family in achieving their dream of a Catholic education. We evaluate eligibility for scholarships and financial aid through a personalized assessment of each family's situation. Understanding that every family is unique, we are committed to working together with you to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent access to quality education.
